The controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is Terminal 14, s. r. o. (details above). We process personal data only to the minimum extent necessary:

If you e-mail or call us, we process your contact details and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and pre-contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

### Website operation

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) acting as our processor. When you visit the site, your IP address is briefly processed in technical logs — this is necessary for the operation and security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
